Acoolsoft PPT to Video Pro is a program to convert your PowerPoint presentations to video files so you can play them back on any video player.

The GUI is easy to use; it is a wizard that guides you through all the process. You can convert one or more files simultaneously, and set the video settings and playback options in just few steps.

It supports all the PowerPoint formats including PPTX, PPT, PPSX, and PPS.

The output format selection is very easy. The list of profiles includes both general formats and formats of popular mobile devices. What's more, you can configure your own video and audio parameters and save them as presets.

For the playback options you can set the transition time between slides even if they were previously configured in PowerPoint.

The program also allows you to configure the layout, change the margin and fill color. You can also insert images or logos, and add background music.

The conversion time may vary due to different factors, such as the computer speed and the complexity of the presentation. It is recommended to close other applications during the conversion process, but the most important requirement is that PowerPoint must be closed.
